This week we invited 5 of our favorite girls, who we follow on Instagram, to share with you some of their favorite applications of lavender water. Here is what they said:
My first memory of lavender? – Tiny bags full of lavender, which my grandmother used to put in the closet against moths. Since then I do not like the sharp aroma and I had vowed not to use it, but a random order met me with the lavender water of Essences Bulgaria. I told myself that I would give this praised plant a second chance and I am glad that I did. The water is so light, tender and fresh. I use it daily to hydrate and tone my skin. I like to spray it on my scalp since I notice a visible decrease in sebum. We are inseparable in the evenings, when I spray the pillows I enjoy a good night's sleep.
We all know that lavender water helps with problem skin, so I decided to try it for the first time about a year ago, and since then it has been present in my daily skin care. I have oily skin prone to acne, so every day before I put my day cream on my face I go with a tampon soaked in lavender water, the difference is visible right after the first use. Lavender water has many other uses, I use it in all possible ways.
Very often I do not have time to style my hair, so I spray lavender water in my hair, comb it and instantly feel freshness and pleasant aroma. Lavender water gives shine to the hair and nourishes the scalp, so I often use it this way.
I also use it to refresh and hydrate my skin in the summer.
Lavender water - as soon as I say it, big purple lavender fields appear in my mind. Beauty and aroma are breathtaking. Lavender water has many benefits for both our skin and soul. I, as a proud owner of oily and acne-prone skin (I say proud because I wonder what exactly I would take care of if I didn't have this pretentious skin ..) I'm a big fan of floral water in general. Lavender water is one of my favorites in the care of my skin. With its antibacterial action it is a great helper in the fight against acne. It is suitable for both dry and oily skin due to its regulating Ph properties. I use it as a toner or just to refresh my face by spraying it. It has a calming and relaxing effect, which helps me a lot with sleeping in the evening. Spray your pillow and enjoy a good night's sleep.
Hello! Lavender water has been my favorite product for years! I first used it when I had trouble sleeping. Since then, a few sprays on the pillow in the evening, before going to bed, always calm me down. Over time, I began to use it for other things, perhaps the most important of which is my scalp. Lavender water helps a lot with irritated or itchy scalp, I use 3-4 pomps if needed, and my hair smells great! I often use it as a toner, after cleansing my face, and also after a whole day at the beach - lavender water saves my skin! Bonus tip for men: Lavender water can be applied after shaving, has a very good soothing and antibacterial effect.
Lavender is not one of my most favorite fragrances, but floral water has proven benefits that I have long been convinced of. I first started using it years ago because I had read about its positive effects. I use lavender water as a face toner, especially when I notice pimples or any redness, it always soothes my skin. In summer, floral waters replace body lotions for me, lavender water always works great - it makes my skin very smooth. I also use it as a face spray and it always helps me with headaches.
