Helichrysum, also called Straw flower or Immortella, belongs to the daisy family. Helichrysum, botanically known as Helichrysum italicum, is a wonderfully fragrant plant, which brings a feeling of sunny days to your home even on cold winter days. Highest quality essential oil of helichrysum has a very impressive effect on body and soul.
On a mental level, pure natural helichrysum oil is used against depression, nervous exhaustion and stress. It helps to find the inner center and to free body, mind and soul of mental baggage.
Because it has muscle relaxant and anticonvulsant properties, helichrysum oil is used to treat sports injuries such as bruises and strains. Furthermore, this healing oil of Helichrysum italicum is used for painful muscle tension, stiff joints and neck pain.
Genuine helichrysum oil is undoubtedly the strongest natural anti-congestion agent discovered to date (e.g. superficial and deep bruises) and is the most potent natural anticoagulant used for thrombosis therapy.

Mental effects and applications
High levels of stress and nervousness, depression
• Diffusion: Mix 4-6 drops of oil with a bit of water.
Physical effects and applications
Sports injuries
• External application: Add 1-2 drops of essential oil to 10 drops of base oil like almond oil or olive oil.
• Aromatherapy compresses: Mix 20 drops of essential oil and 1 tablespoon of salt in an empty bowl. Fill bowl with 250 ml water. Soak a piece of cloth, wring it out and cover the affected area.
Skin diseases (psoriasis and eczema)
• External application: Add 5 drops of essential oil to a base oil like coconut oil. Apply mixture on psoriasis or eczema lesions 2-3 times per day. It promotes healing of lesions and reduces inflammation. It can be used in massage formulation to deal with dry, chapped skin.
Bruises and abrasions, hematoma (swelling), muscle aches
• Topical application: Apply pure, undiluted essential oil directly onto the skin.
• Topical application: Add 5 drops of helichrysum essential oil to 10 drops of carrier oil. The blended oil can be applied to bruised area twice a day.
• External application: Add 1 drop of helichrysum essential oil to 10 drops of carrier oil. Gently rub the mixture on the bruised area up to 2 times a day.
Burns, open wounds, hematomas, tendonitis
• Topical application: Apply pure, undiluted essential oils directly onto the skin.
• Heat wraps: Add 3 drops of essential oil to 2 Liter hot (not boiling) water and stir.
Hypertension (high blood pressure)
• Oil-dispersion bath: Add 1-2 drops of essential oil to 3 ml of olive oil.
Sunburn (first-degree burns)
• Face masks: Add 4 drops of essential oil of 70 ml coconut oil.
Rheumatism and arthritis
• Bath: 4-6 drops of oil are put into water.
• External Application: Add 8 drops of oil to 5-10 ml of carrier oil.
Wound healing
• Topical application: Apply pure, undiluted essential oil directly into the wound cavity twice a day, until definitive closure was achieved.

I use this in my product and I love it
I've worked with medicinal grade essential oils forever and was a young living essential oil distributor but this but this value for the money with the gentle floral spicy scent is a 100 times as good as the other and instead of a Pyramid scheme where it makes oils almost unaffordable even for the distributor it is the best value oil that I have found for the money and helichrysum Is so good for trauma/ bruises.... It's a priceless oil to have on hand with your 1st aid kit.
Beautiful packaging, well-thought-out design. White box painted with chamomile flowers with the company name and the other side with product information. The package also contains instructions for using the oil. Oil in a dark glass bottle with a black, tight, resealable lid. The oil has a natural smell with a bluish tinge, is very concentrated and requires caution when applied. After using the oil, there were no side reactions and allergies. I advise everyone!
